The first time we took a donation from The Monka Foundation, I asked who we make the check out to. When they responded with the Inspire Fund, I knew our donations were going to exactly where they were supposed to be. I believe Insley made this connection happen.
Today we took the donation from Charleston Real Producers golf tournament and it is always such an honor to the be in the presence of these hard working doctors, grad students, and researchers who are doing all they can to fight brain cancer.
Since giving our funds to Dr. Jezabel and her team we have been able to not only see the team grow but also she surprised us today with showing us another piece of equipment that she was able to purchase from our last donation. A CO2 incubator.
Being able to see the equipment they have been able to purchase due to the generosity of all of you who continue to support The Monka Foundation, is exactly what INSpires us to keep going.
Thank you MUSC Kids, Dr. Jezabel and her team and a huge thank you to all who were involved with the tournament. I can promise you the $32,000 raised is doing big things for pediatric brain cancer research.
