About Us
The Monka Foundation was created by Karen and Wade Horn in 2021 as a 501c3 nonprofit in loving memory of their daughter, Insley, in hopes that additional funding towards pediatric brain cancer research could save the lives of many children.
Named after Insley’s favorite stuffed animal friend, Monka, who was loyally by her side everyday of her life, The Monka Foundation is committed to raising funds for pediatric brain cancer research, support to families of pediatric brain cancer patients, and to the local children’s hospital.
